Farm-to-table restaurant.
Eat the freshest ingredients from our farm, and drink the best Sicilian wines at our restaurant.
We offer breakfast as part of the price of the room, but you can also have a 4-course dinner which uses seasonal ingredients and changes nightly for €32,00. You can expect a light starter; a first course of pasta or rice; a second course of meat or poultry; a selection of side dishes; and a dessert.
We’ d be happy to prepare a light lunch when required with advance notice.
Swimming pool.
Lounge by the pool with a cocktail or soft drink and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside.
The pool is open to all our guests, and is the perfect place to relax after a morning of sightseeing. There is a bar where you can pick up refreshing drinks during the hot summer months.
The pool is usually open from May 1st to October 31st, weather permitting, and is 24m long and up to 2m deep. It is unheated.
Reception hall.
A multipurpose space for cultural events, conferences and intimate gatherings.
Once the cellar and stable for the old farm, we’ve converted the space into our multi-purpose reception hall, which has hosted weddings, conferences, exhibitions, film screenings and concerts.
The hall is 180sqm and fits approximately 100 people and includes a conference table, chairs, a projector, a sound system and a piano.
External services.
Cooking class; Horse riding; Rent e-bike; Excursions.
Cooking class and Excursion - Groups of 3 or less is organized in our chef's home restaurant located in Calascibetta, 30 minutes from Bannata. The cooking class is combined with a guided excursion along the “Villaggio Bizantino”. It is possible to book the activities separately.
Horse riding - We have partnered with a local stable to offer horse riding tours. Prices are currently euro 20,00 per hour per person, and can be booked with 48 hour notice.
